“The greatest wisdom is in simplicity. Love, respect, tolerance, sharing, gratitude, forgiveness. It’s not complex or elaborate; the real knowledge is free. It’s encoded in your DNA – all you need is within you. Great teachers have said that from the beginning. Find your heart, and you will find your way.
~ Carlso Barrios, Mayan Elder
Drisana is enthusiastic and sincere in her practice and teaching, and hopes to share that with others through classes that offer the perfect mix of uplifting music, rigor and hands-on assists. Inspired by teachings on activism and compassion, she completed the 300-hour Jivamukti Teacher Training in 2010 and has been studying and teaching ever since. She offers her infinite gratitude to her mentor Jeffrey Cohen; to the inspiring Andrea Boyd, Sharon Gannon, David Life, her parents and her husband – all of whom have enlightened her path. In 2013 she finished the 800-hour Jivamukti Teacher Apprenticeship Program and moved back to beautiful Colorado. In addition to teaching yoga, she hosts a weekly radio segment called Threads of Yoga on KGNU, practices the harmonium and chanting, and loves to cook, hike and telemark ski.

5 Words to Describe Heather’s Classes
Connected, Accessible, Deep, Playful, Inspiring
A student, teacher, seeker and voyager of yoga for more than a decade, Heather Lindemann, E-RYT, is passionate about living in the light of yoga. She has studied and practiced with a tribe of other brilliant teachers including Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, Judith Hansen Lasater, Shannon Paige, Alanna Kaivayla and Jivamukti Yoga founders Sharon Gannon and David Life. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that the practice of yoga can benefit anyone who is open and willing to practice and dive deep. Heather is an Off The Mat Into the World activist and trainer and teaches a wide variety of yoga modalities including restorative, gentle yoga, vinyasa flow (all levels), align and flow, Yoga Nidra and fundamentals. Heather believes that yoga, light and shadow are intrinsically linked; with practice, patience, breath and willingness, yoga can show us the lessons of the shadow and bring light into any body, into any life. From that light burns a deeper connection to all living beings – that connection is love.
Come enjoy Heather’s classes for just $8 Drop-Ins all August long!
Dear Samadhi Students,
First of all, we are so grateful to have you all a part of our community, so thank you dearly. We want to further thank all of you for arriving in ample time to allow class to begin promptly as scheduled. We value and respect you and wish to honor everyones experience, starting and ending on time, giving you and your fellow Yogis time and space to settle after your travels here, ample time to warm up and prepare your body for practice. We will allow a 5 minute grace period, any student more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted into an Asana class. For Restorative, Nidra, and Yin no late students will be admitted. This will go into full affect on Wednesday morning December 12th. Again, thank you for understanding. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat~
