Kierstin found yoga when she realized she was holding her breath during times of stress. She made the conscious decision to breathe through all that life offered and stressful experiences became much more manageable. A few years later, she started the physical practice of asana and once again her life was changed. She was better able to make choices that served her, and also found an ease in her body she had never known. This is what she wants to share with you. She has been blessed to study directly with some of Denver’s leading teachers as well as nationally renowned instructors.
Kierstin aims to make her classes accessible to all skill levels and body types—flexible or inflexible. Her classes incorporate mindful movement and rhythmic breathing with options for modification and up level. Students will leave class feeling grounded, at peace and more aware of the body and the breath.
