Daniel, an actual Denver Native, has embraced Yoga as both a lifestyle and as a profession. His experience with counseling, personal training, & sports psychology provides a solid foundation for infusing yoga into the consciousness and physical vessels of anyone’s daily lifestyle. He has personally experienced and witnessed in countless others, how this 8-limbed practice has the power to realign attitudes, restore health, and rejuvenate souls. Daniel’s teaching methodology is succinct, informative, and accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. He understands that incorporating a solid asana practice with mindful nutrition, other types of exercise, and positive thinking are the cornerstones of the foundations of a healthy mindset. Classes with Daniel will incorporate elements of kinesthetic development and yogic principles into the asana practice; with the essence of deep relaxation, enlightenment, and self-exploration.
His classes will allow you to appreciate how your own yoga practice is unique and personal, how your alignment and attitude facilitate bringing those positive components of your self into action on the yoga mat, and into the rest of your lives.
