Yoga Class Schedule

Samadhi Yoga’s array of classes offer a variety of yoga styles for all levels and types of practitioners. Each month we also offer special events and yoga workshops. Be sure to note the studio location when looking for a class.

 

Yoga for Beginners

Starting any new exercise routine can be intimidating, which is why Samadhi is dedicated to offering a variety of options geared toward yoga for beginners.  A good place to start is with our Yoga Basics class, an introductory experience that covers basics like flow, fundamental postures, and yoga meditation, as well as the different types of yoga practices.

Yoga for Flexibility

Stretching to release tension and increase flexibility is a cornerstone of many yoga practices, and at Samadhi, you’ll find plenty of classes to help you warm and stretch your body, from yoga for beginners, to more advanced options.  Students with some experience will enjoy the Flow and Restore class, featuring a smooth flow of dynamic Vinyasa, followed by restorative practice.

Yoga for Strength

While many students seek Denver meditation training through yoga, there are also plenty who crave the benefits of physical fitness, as well.  If you’re interested in not only stretching but also strengthening your body, you’ll find the Denver yoga class you seek at Samadhi.

Yoga for the Mind

Mindfulness is an essential tool for combatting the stresses of modern life, and the mind-body connection of Denver meditation training and yoga is a great way to relieve stress and calm your body, mind, and spirit.  Prana Vinyasa Yoga for all levels offers a rhythmic, breath-inspired pathway to relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-transformation through Vinyasa flow, while Mindful Vinyasa slows the process so you can reflect on every movement with thoughtful yoga meditation.

Class Etiquette

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your class starts. Golden Triangle and Englewood teachers will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time. For any student who registers online, your space will be held until 10 minutes prior to class starts, but your reservation is not guaranteed after that. If you are running late, just call us and we will happily save your space. We have a five-minute late policy, to nurture the experience of other students, and do not guarantee to allow students into class after that time. For Yin, Nidra, and Restorative we do not allow late students to join.
