In this workshop we will explore the different types of anxiety and depression and why treatment is not a “one size fits all.” Weaving the ancient wisdom of yoga with current neuroscientific evidence based treatments, Michelle offers an introductory glimpse into how to tailor your yoga practice to be an additional support in the treatment of Generalized Anxiety and/or Depression.

About Michelle:
Michelle Lee Weldon blends Yoga, Psychotherapy and Neuroscience to help her students and clients re-wire new patterns and habits into their daily routines. She teaches in Samadhi’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and is the co-creator of Neurosculpting® Yoga. In addition to teaching yoga classes and providing one-on-one Neurosculpting® Coaching and Psychotherapy sessions, Michelle is passionate about supporting sustainable growth by providing a bridge between the “aha” in session and the integration into your everyday life through personally tailored follow up session. Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Neurosculpting® Fellow. She also dabbles in social entrepreneurship, loves the ocean, world travel and dancing.
