Neurosculpting® Yoga is a whole-brain, evidence-informed approach to the integration of Neurosculpting® meditation and yoga. This workshop will provide a simple and easy introduction into the neuroscience of our body’s stress response to everyday challenges. Mitigating the buildup of stress hormones can decrease inflammation in the body and increase your ability to heal both physically and emotionally.
The workshop consists of 45 minutes of easy-to-understand neuroscience discussion and 60 minutes of gentle yoga practice to integrate Neurosculpting® principles. No previous meditation experience required!

ABOUT MICHELLE:
Michelle delights in blending her professional training in Psychotherapy, Neuropsychology, Yoga and Meditation with her passion for music, movement and the principles of Chinese medicine to guide her clients on a journey of Self Actualization and Growth both on and off the yoga mat.
Through both personal and professional experience, she realized there is so much that can happen on the mat that sometimes takes months or years to accomplish in a therapy chair… Born from this mindful integration of multiple health and creative disciplines is Vibrant Medicine.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis on Health Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University. Michelle continues to immerse herself in postgraduate Neuroscience studies with the Neurosculpting® Institute. She has been seeing clients and providing consultation services for over 15 years and has worked extensively with teens and adults addressing Personal Growth, Anxiety, Trauma, ADD/ADHD, Adoption/Attachment and Mood disorders. Michelle holds her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga certification and Bhava Vinayasa (a healing centered flow and restore yoga) certification from Tillai University, has over 1000 hours of yoga teaching experience and teaches in Samadhi Center for Yoga’s 200 and 500 hour Teacher Training.
Together, Michelle and Lisa Wimberger (founder of the Neurosculpting® Institute) have co-created Neurosculpting® Yoga, a modality designed to further enhance the benefits of a whole brain and whole body approach to healing.
Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Neurosculpting® Facilitator, Yoga Psychotherapist, Experienced~Registered Yoga Instructor/Teacher Trainer and Therapist Supervisor in the Metro Denver area.
