Our Partner Vinyasa Workshop is a creatively engaging combination of paired movements, balanced stillness, and encouraged awareness of the subtle transfer of energy.
Through movements, music, and trust, we will come to appreciate balance during the Vinyasa flowing section of the workshop. Through gravity, body weight, and mindful connections, the restorative finish allows for trust, beliefs, and bonding to be established. Daniel’s teaching and guidance creates an unique environment for creative flow while maintaining the integrity of yoga traditions.
This event is an ideal opportunity to ease someone into an appreciation for yoga. Or to strengthen connections between those who are already experienced practitioners.
By combining the energy of dual yoga practices through tandem exploration, powerful concepts of balance, trust, and fairness are brought into the physical and energetic bodies.
You will enjoy the full benefits of a vinyasa practice and the full softening of a restorative practice during the second half of the workshop.
