Gather with other women for a delightful practice! Women’s Yoga classes are designed to uniquely support women in opening in body, mind, and heart. Practices are seasonally-attuned, devotional, and saturated with breath and awareness. They are a combination of the “sun” and “moon” which comprise hatha (“sun-“moon”) yoga, with elements of gentle flow, carefully-aligned postures, sustained holds, and yin yoga.
