“My yoga teacher training at Samadhi has opened doors into my spirituality, my whole yoga practice, and my complete life, which I didn’t know existed. Every time I step foot into the studio, I know I have made the right step, into the right place, at the right time. I feel safe there… safe to expand… safe to explore.”

Jeremy Wolf

Since childhood, he has pursued the growth and development of both mind and body in what started with a deep interest in the martial arts. After reaching a second degree black belt in Taekwondo, he went on to teach as an assistant and many years later found Capoeira where he trained and taught with the American Capoeira Association in Boulder/Denver, Colorado. His interest in the development of the self, led him to meditation, further opening the doors to yoga and healing. He began his study of various forms of yoga in 1998, later receiving his teaching certification in Nasik, India in classical yoga (the original 8-limb ashtanga practice as outlined by Patanjali). He is also a Reiki Master in the Mikao Usui tradition. His yoga and meditation classes seek to incorporate the holistic practice of yoga illuminating the transcendental element of yoga’s deeply spiritual origin. His time off the mat is usually spent immersed in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains or in his musical passions of djing/producing ethnic-electronic music and the exploration of trance-dance as a method for healing, expression, and self-realization.

Beth Sanchez. ERYT 200

Foremost in her aspiration is to serve students in a way that supports the experience of transformation from stress and suffering to deep well-being and insight. Beth’s classes are deeply inspired by her primary teachers, Zen Master Thich Nhat Hahn, and Ayurveda Practitioner and Teacher, Alakananda Ma. She received her yoga teacher training certificate in 2000 from the Iyengar-inspired Shoshoni yoga center and her teaching style has been described as mindful vinyasa with a poetic touch. While she provides a format for the countless benefits of physical exercise, she prefers to offer a work-in rather than a work-out. She invites all people seeking meditative depth in their yoga practice and in their daily lives.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Beth share her magnificence through teaching and as co-coordinator of this most excellent program!!

Paul Ryan-Haffey, ERYT 200

In 2005, Paul graduated from the Denver Institute of Yoga. He also studied extensively at the Indra Devi Institute located in Buenos Aires, Argentina while teaching locally for the greater part of 2006.

Paul’s classes are focused on breaking down postures and giving students the opportunity to explore the organic and muscular sensations of each pose in hopes of affording the student both subtle and physical benefits of asana.

We are so fortunate to have Paul with us!!  He will be leaving for medical school in the fall. He aspires to begin a medical practice that will use yoga as medicine to promote healing, increasing health and vitality, and calming the aging process.  How blessed are we to have him heartfully share his brilliance with us as teacher and as Teacher Training co-coordinator.

Anne Hart, ERYT 200, RYT 500

In addition to earning several 200 hours certifications, Anne is has just completed her 500 hours certification with Tias Little. She has been assisting Tias for the past 5 years and coordinates his Denver workshop each spring.

Anne enjoys co-teaching the anatomy portion of our YTT. Her power point slide shows depict muscles, bones, organs, and other anatomical structures plus images that correlate the body to animals, art and architecture. Her creative comparisons between anatomy and structures in everyday life are memorable and fun. After the presentation, she guides students through an asana practice focusing on those same structures experientially. Her intention is to ignite a passion for the complexity of the human body!

Jesse Franklin, ERYT 200, RYT 500

After nine years of working in the fitness industry, both as a personal trainer and an instructor of several different types of fitness classes, Jesse began to look for something deeper and more meaningful, this is when she found yoga. She began her journey seven years ago when she stepped onto a yoga mat for the first time and since then her life has never been the same. Jesse’s powerful classes are infused with light, as spirit merges with self. She encourages students to explore their physical practice with awareness, trust and faith, so that one’s journey may unfold through each breath with ease. Jesse also brings her extensive knowledge of how the body works onto the mat, and thus provides a safe and beneficial class for all. “I am grateful everyday that I am able to bring the light of yoga into people’s lives.” Jesse received her first 200 hour certification for Power Yoga in 2003 and her second 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga certification in 2006. This summer she completed an intensive Naam Yoga Therapy training program to add to her continued yoga studies and has collectively completed 800 hours of training recognized by Yoga Alliance. In addition, Jesse also carries certification in nutrition. She has over 16 years of experience teaching in group settings and working with individuals on personal physical needs and goals through exercise, yoga, meditation and nutrition. Jesse continues her studies traveling regularly to New York City for Naam Yoga Therapy trainings and to study privately with her teacher, Gurunam.
