| Yoga Class Information |
| Samadhi yoga classes vary in style and the
level of difficulty or ease. Every teacher has their own unique flavor
of teaching and all hold a piece of the same thread of heart-centered compassion and sharing tools for personal fulfillment and empowerment. We believe it is important to
sample a variety of classes and teachers. Sometimes we find
that we connect deeply to one teacher for a period of time and
then perhaps move on to share the wisdom of another. Every teacher
has something different to offer. We invite you to sample our
classes and teachers, but also to experiment with other schools.
Allow us to help you find the class that best suits your needs at this time. |
