Most of our classes are Samadhi Flow, which is more of a Vinyasa style. Our Samadhi Flow classes blend the ancient wisdom of many yogic traditions including, but not limited to Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara and Traditional Hatha into a new expression. Samadhi Flow is not a "new and improved" style of yoga. It's just yoga. Each teacher creates their own fabulous and distinct flavor mixing together all of their vast wisdom and experience, yet keeping a common thread of fluidity, self empowerment, strength-building, peace-generating and awareness of the Guru within. This is what makes it Samadhi Flow. We highly encourage you to sample them all to find your favorite flavor. This well-balanced practice combines hard work with deep relaxation to build core strength, flexibility, concentration and a sense of serenity. This class is taught at several different levels.

All of Samadhi's L1 classes are targeted to serve beginning yogis who wish to create a strong foundation in yoga for a lifelong practice and it is also focused on existing yogis who desire a slower, more gentle and peace-inspiring practice.

"The vision of Anusara is grounded in a Tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness. In this philosophy we take the premise that everything in this world is an embodiment of Supreme Consciousness, which at its essence pulsates with goodness and the highest bliss. All of creation is divinely danced into existence for the simple delight and the play of embodying the Supreme's own blissful nature.
The highest intention of practicing Anusara Yoga is to align with the Divine. As we deepen our alignment with the Supreme, we step deeper into the flow of Grace. It is through the revelatory power of Grace that we awaken to the truth that this Divine flow is our essential nature. This higher knowledge naturally fuels our deepest desire to lovingly serve the creative flow of life through each breath and posture in our yoga practice. On our yoga mat we artistically offer our individual light and our unique music with the heartfelt prayer of adding more beauty, love, and goodness to the world." - www.Anusara.com
"...through Anusara, we experience our inner worth, we align our bodies, our minds and hearts with the current of the Divine flowing through us, we celebrate life itself as we touch the Divinity who pulsates within us as our every thought, feeling, and experience." - Dr. Douglas Brooks

It offers students challenging classes that offer a clear understanding of yoga philosophy and psychology, the spiritual aspects of yoga as well as deep understanding of asana and pranayama, all with the universal goal of liberation. A typical Jivamukti yoga class will include some heart-opening vedic chant, deep breathing and challenging asana practice along with a little yogic philosophy lovingly sprinkled in.
Jivamukti Yoga is for the serious yogi and yogini determined to break through perceived limits within in order to experience Samadhi.

Kundalini Yoga focuses on awakening the living energy that rests dormant in the base of the spine through specific breathing, movements, stretching, meditation and chanting; all in precise sequence. This ancient and sacred practice was kept secret by advanced yogis until recently because of its power to wake the kundalini and allow for enlightenment in this lifetime. It must be practiced with care and intent. Your Samadhi teachers teach with the utmost integrity and dedication to the practice as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
A typical Kundalini yoga class will start and end with the most beautiful and ancient chants which open and calm the heart. Then we proceed with a carefully planned sequence of postures, movements and breathing exercises that bring about quick and powerful transformation on all levels.

This class is inspired by the Plum Village tradition of Engaged Buddhism as founded by the Venerable Zen Master Thich Nhat Hahn.
The asana portion of the class is conducted slowly, mindfully, and infused with dharmic guidance such as stopping and looking deeply into the nature of the body, appreciating the group of practitioners, observing the miracle of breathing, inviting the bell to sound, and similar awareness practices. Asana is conducted with great respect for the yogic tradition, awareness of Ayurveda, and solid biomechanical support. Approximately 40 minutes are devoted to asana practice, 15 minutes to deep relaxation, and 20 minutes to sitting meditation.
This class provides all the physiological benefits of exercise, soothes the nervous system and mind from over-stimulation, and helps practitioners access true peace and insight.

Naam Yoga™ is a unique merging and refining of the world's most powerful esoteric traditions. It is a spiritual science and art that merges the crowning yoga practices (Kundalini) of the East, with the unparalleled esoteric tradition of the West, which is Universal Kabbalah. Universal Kabbalah teaches us how to work with the laws of Nature, through which the unknown becomes known, the unseen becomes seen, and the unheard becomes heard. The result is the most powerful distillation of the world's major teachings. Naam Yoga™ is the return to One. It is the universal key for maximum spiritual evolution.
There are many amazing yogis who have developed their spiritual gifts, but who are unaware of the Laws of the Universe. They may have the most dedicated spiritual practice, and still be unsuccessful in their career, limited in their health and challenged in their relationships, due to the fact that they simply do not know the cosmic laws that govern all things. They are just as vulnerable to the immutable Laws of timing and Cause and Effect as anyone else.
Naam will reveal the mysteries of your life, as well as the duties and destinies you carried with you into this incarnation. In turn, you will be able to reach out and receive love, light and healing, as you embrace the true destiny of your spiritual path and begin the work that you have been prepared to do. As soon as you start practicing Naam Yoga, you will feel the presence of the luminous beings with you at all times. They are there to provide you with guidance, love and strength.

The word "puja" comes from the ancient Sanskrit language and it means, "to manifest the highest merit" and "to adore". In a puja, we sing mantras, make offerings and give praise to a particular universal energy that is represented in the form of a diety. This universal energy is an elemental piece of our own soul. In performing puja, we develop the qualities of the diety in ourselves and in our environment. Puja is a sweet devotional practice which is being offered to anyone who wishes to participate and/or observe.
