Students will learn and practice DMY Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa Level II, igniting the entire body for practice. A series of deeper balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and inverted variations will be taught including the head stand. This practice finishes with extended deep relaxation, breathing, and meditation exercises which will certainly bring a deep calm and invigorating energy to the students.
Dharma Mittra Yoga Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa Series is a stairway to bliss that reintegrates the continuous flow of prana (cosmic energy) through the spinal column, emanating deep into all areas of the physical, metabolic, intuitive and bliss bodies. The carefully selected inspirational Yoga postures in Sri Dharma's Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa series for all the levels are a culmination of his 40 years dedicated organization. They will unify the physical, mental and emotional bodies. Practice of these asanas strengthens and tones muscles, glands and internal organs. The postures are performed with slow graceful movements, so fantastic inner calm and self-control are felt immediately. With regular practice problems and disease are gradually brought to an end & self-realization comes easily. |

Group Meditation
Every other Monday, 7:30-8:30pm with Annie Freedom
Every Tuesday, 10-10:30am with Annie Freedom & Sara Mesmer
Every Thursday, 3-3:30pm with Annie Freedom & Sara Mesmer |
Our upcoming dates for the next Monday night gatherings:
June 23rd
July 7th
July 21st
No fee.
These meditation gatherings began as a response to the need for support for many of us who study and practice the teachings of Sri Sai Kaleshwar Swami, a living miracle saint in Penukonda, India.
Now they are growing into even more beautiful gatherings of spiritual seekers who simply love to connect with Divinity while in the presence of others. Together we share in the beautiful bliss created through meditation.
Many of us use the mantras and practices given to us by Sri Sai Kaleshwar, but anyone is welcome to come and enjoy any practice they desire. We begin with about 15 minutes of discussion and then flow into 30-45 minutes of blissful meditation. If this seems long to you, just come and experience. The energy seems to carry us through very easily, and you'll end up wanting to sit for much longer!! The power of what we create together is easily felt by all.
If you are new to meditation, please come. We will gladly share some simple practices you can start right away. Our gatherings are very relaxed, just wear something comfortable. Feel free to bring a picture of your teacher, Guru or other divine inspiration to place on our alter during meditation.

| Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) |

Kundalini Yoga focuses on awakening the living energy that rests dormant in the base of the spine through specific breathing, movements, stretching, meditation and chanting; all in precise sequence. This ancient and sacred practice was kept secret by advanced yogis until recently because of its power to wake the kundalini and allow for enlightenment in this lifetime. It must be practiced with care and intent. Your Samadhi teachers, Shannon and Phillip teach with the utmost integrity and dedication to the practice as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
A typical Kundalini yoga class will start and end with the most beautiful and ancient chants which open and calm the heart. Then we proceed with a carefully planned sequence of postures, movements and breathing exercises that bring about quick and powerful transformation on all levels.
Elevate yourself through this ancient science! Some yoga experience recommended, although not necessary.

| Anusara inspired Yoga... to open our hearts and flow with Grace |
"The vision of Anusara is grounded in a Tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness. In this philosophy we take the premise that everything in this world is an embodiment of Supreme Consciousness, which at its essence pulsates with goodness and the highest bliss. All of creation is divinely danced into existence for the simple delight and the play of embodying the Supreme's own blissful nature.
The highest intention of practicing Anusara Yoga is to align with the Divine. As we deepen our alignment with the Supreme, we step deeper into the flow of Grace. It is through the revelatory power of Grace that we awaken to the truth that this Divine flow is our essential nature. This higher knowledge naturally fuels our deepest desire to lovingly serve the creative flow of life through each breath and posture in our yoga practice. On our yoga mat we artistically offer our individual light and our unique music with the heartfelt prayer of adding more beauty, love, and goodness to the world." - www.Anusara.com
"...through Anusara, we experience our inner worth, we align our bodies, our minds and hearts with the current of the Divine flowing through us, we celebrate life itself as we touch the Divinity who pulsates within us as our every thought, feeling, and experience." - Dr. Douglas Brooks

| Puja *By donation |
The word"puja" comes from the ancient Sanskrit language and it means, "to manifest the highest merit" and "to adore". In a puja, we sing mantras, make offerings and give praise to a particular universal energy that is represented in the form of a diety. In performing puja, we develop the qualities of the diety in ourselves and in our environment. Puja is a sweet devotional practice which is being offered to anyone who wishes to participate and/or observe. |
