love, love, love. Lately this is what I hear when I close my eyes and I know I have yoga to thank! Studying Kundalini Yoga has been like nothing else I have experienced. Aside from my undying gratitude, one thing stands out when I think about my Kundalini Yoga education – profound familiarity. I often feel I am slowly being reminded of knowledge that is buried inside of me. This knowledge is gently being unearthed by each breath, each meditation, each act of discipline and commitment. I feel blessed to be able to share the technology of Kundalini Yoga as a tool to access the deep wisdom we all possess.I teach Breathwalk, Kundalini Yoga and yoga on horseback. The more I practice, the more I teach, the more I ride, the more I feel myself shifting to an intuitive, heart-centered place. I also see this shift happening in others. That is one of the profound joys of teaching yoga – holding a space for people to safely expand their awareness and being part of a community that is bringing light and love to the planet!
