Michelle Lee blends her professional training as a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist with her training as a Vinyasa yoga instructor to create a healing and transformational experience for her yoga students.  Michelle completed her 200 hour teacher training with renowned teacher trainers Shannon Paige  and Chris Muchow and has continued her education by soaking up the brilliant offerings of yogis and tantric philosophers like Shiva Rea, Douglas Brooks, Chris Tompkins and Ana Forrest.  Weaving yoga asana, neuropsychology and music, Michelle’s classes invite you to flow into the deep internal landscape of how your body holds emotion while keeping things light hearted and down to earth.  Michelle teaches yoga throughout the Front Range and sees Yoga Psychotherapy clients in her Denver based private practice.
