He is honored to share this knowledge with you.His mission is to empower and guide others to deeper body-awareness and understanding of their Temple (body). The human body has a beautiful and innate ability to heal itself. We can learn how to activate that healing process through yoga and taking responsibility for our health. All modalities of therapeutic healing movements are incorporated into his classes, giving you the greatest benefit to heal in whatever way is necessary for your body.
