The practice of yoga teaches us deeper awareness, while enhancing physical, mental and spiritual well-being.  Jordan’s intention is to share this sacred knowledge with others to improve their lives, and ultimately life on Earth.
Jordan’s classes weave together healing breath-work, proper alignment, challenging movements, relaxing postures, deep self-exploration, mindfulness and kindness to guide participants toward positive transformation!
Jordan has been involved in the health and fitness industry since 2004 and specializes in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, massage, Reiki, nutrition, yoga, fitness, and dance.
