Adam Ayers has been teaching yoga since 2001, in his hometown of Rochester, NY, Scottsdale, AZ and, since 2009, various venues in Denver. He is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with the National Yoga Alliance. He has studied Anusara Yoga with Desiree Rumbaugh, Christy Burnette and Martin Kirk ; Restorative Yoga with Judith Lasater ; and has completed an Iyengar Yoga teacher training with Francois Raoult of Rochester and Leslie Bradley and Craig Kurtz of Denver. His classes are a blend of precision, campy humor and commentary on the absurdity of the yoga subculture. Join Adam on Monday and Wednesday afternoons and Thursday nights for Bare Bones Yoga!!

Alya was originally drawn to the yoga for its wisdom and its ability to help maintain her body and soul under a rigorous performing schedule. She began as a professional dancer dancing with many greats like the Jose Limon Co. She is a movement analyst and past faculty at the Laban Inst. of Movement Analysis in NYC. Alya is a myofacial bodyworker CTT and is faculty for the teacher training in this modality too. An experienced teacher of dance, choreography and movement analysis to dance companies and universities all over the world, Alya soon made the seamless shift to teaching yoga. Alya has been teaching for over 30 years, whose life’s purpose has been to discover ways to create more life, joy, energy and expression in and through the body. Join Alya Monday's at Noon for a FREE NIDRA class.
