All Samadhi Yoga classes will suit the needs of every student from beginner to the advanced, seasoned practitioner. Each class style will offer advanced options for experienced yogis and modifications for those newer to the practice so they can safely learn the poses. The different styles offer our students the opportunity to pick a class that will fit the pace they desire. If you have a specific injury you are minding, please tell your teacher before class so that they can offer you the appropriate, safe modifications or alternative poses. Also, if you are minding an injury, please inquire the desk staff or your teacher about private yoga sessions to work with a specific set of poses that will help to encourage healing in the body.
All of our Samadhi classes are kept between 75-85 degrees. We like to guide students how to create their own inner fire.

Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep and refers to the conscious awareness of the Deep Sleep state. In Yoga Nidra you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state and then go to deep sleep, yet remain awake. The state of yoga nidra is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Time spend in yoga nidra opens us to deeper clarity. It is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading us to supreme stillness and insight. I invite you to come and allow Jeremy to guide you into a deeply restful and revitaling pracice. This is where the nectar lies. Deep within in you is and ocean of Amruta, Nectar of the Gods. Through deep surrender, the heart opens and a river of this Amruta flows from the heart. Live in Bliss.
Naam Yoga is a unique merging and refining of powerful Eastern and Western esoteric traditions made accessible to everyone. It is a complete self-healing practice that removes stress and restores the flow of vital energy throughout the entire body and the brain. This art and science works with movement, sound current (mantra), breathing exercises, hand symbols (mudras), and the wisdom of the laws of nature, resulting in deep relaxation and cellular invigoration. Naam Yoga awakens consciousness, maintains a youthful glow, and opens the heart.
Adaptive Yoga introduces for those living with a disability to the benefits of yoga by introducing mind-body concepts and practical exercises to deepen the connection between mind and body.
A quiet yet profound and highly therapeutic style of yoga that is available to all students at all levels. The power of Yin is in its long-held relaxed floor postures. This kind of stretch stimulates the deep, connective “Yin” tissues of the body, affecting not only the physical body, but also energetic aspects of the self. Yin yoga strengthens the flow of prana (life force) or chi, maintains the health of the meridian system of the body, and as an additional bonus contributes to the mindfulness necessary for a successful meditation practice. It is a logical balance to dynamic, muscular, “yang” forms of yoga and/ or strenuous exercise. It is excellent for students looking to advance deeper into their practice as individuals are challenged to sit in the pure presence of awareness.
The word “puja” comes from the ancient Sanskrit language and it means, “to manifest the highest merit” and “to adore”. In a puja, we sing mantras, make offerings and give praise to a particular universal energy that is represented in the form of a diety. This universal energy is an elemental piece of our own soul. In performing puja, we develop the qualities of the diety in ourselves and in our environment. Puja is a sweet devotional practice which is being offered to anyone who wishes to participate and/or observe.
