I could be considered a hippie at heart… happy to live close to the earth, eat kale and drink carrots, hug trees, hug people, skip along or even dance to songs inside of me. Yep! A tree-lovin’, animal lovin’, everything lovin’ hippie.

My dream is to help people who want to better themselves… people who want to wake up from a not-so-perfect life to a new reality… just waiting to be discovered right there inside of them. It helps to have a healthy body to get there. That’s for sure!

So after spending many years dealing with major hereditary health issues that eventually left me almost entirely unable to function, I find that I have learned quite a lot… A pretty great thing if you ask me! Oh! And I am finally getting to taste the sweetness of health and vibrancy once again. Yay!!

So, what do I do with all this awesome acquired knowledge? I share it, of course! I’ve decided to start a blog to share some of the awesomeness that I have learned over the years… little tidbits here and there that may be of benefit to you and your loved ones.
