The Building Blocks of Yoga
So often I hear “Yoga’s not for me. I can’t even touch my toes.” My response? Awesome! I prefer that because it usually means your muscle integration is strong and you’ll be less likely to stretch too deep, which will keep you safe! Flexibility will come with time.
The Building Blocks of Yoga is a 4 week series designed to help new students understand the how’s, the why’s and the when’s of yoga.
April 27th, May 5th, May 18th, May 25th (Skipping Mother’s Day)
$59 for all 4 weeks!
This program runs FOUR times/year
