The Building Blocks of Yoga with Michelle Lee

The Building Blocks of Yoga

So often I hear “Yoga’s not for me.  I can’t even touch my toes.”  My response?  Awesome!  I prefer that because it usually means your muscle integration is strong and you’ll be less likely to stretch too deep, which will keep you safe!  Flexibility will come with time.

The Building Blocks of Yoga is a 4 week series designed to help new students understand the how’s, the why’s and the when’s of yoga.

Sundays, 1:30~2:45p
July 7th~July 28th
$49 for all 4 weeks!

This program runs FOUR times/yearMegan_Rio

Teacher and Assistant:

Michelle Lee is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Vibrant Living Coach and Yoga Psychotherapist.  She is passionate about making yoga accessible and fun for everyone, whether you can touch your toes, or barely reach for your nose… You are invited to come and play, regardless of your experience level!

Two years ago, Megan Putam found a wonderful, supportive community at Samadhi and quickly began dedicating a significant amount of my personal time to developing my yoga practice. Though she initially came to yoga knowing only of the physical aspects of the practice, she have since realized the transformational potential in applying the deeper principles of yoga to my daily life. Megan received her yoga teacher certification from Samadhi in December 2012 and is thrilled to have the opportunity to help introduce yoga to other people of all ages and abilities. When she’s not practicing or teaching yoga, she generally spends her time running a leadership program for teenagers, hiking, biking, and farming with her friends.
