The body responds to most difficult situations through a series of complex reactions that have one final result: stress. Join Paul Haffey and Anne Hart  for 6 weeks where they equip you with the tools to combat these physiological responses.  Within the practice of yoga resides a guide to survive even the most challenging of circumstances.  Each week students will discover the hidden benefits of asana, pranayama, and meditation as they specifically relate to stress management.

Weekly schedule:
1.  Taming the nervous system: observing your stress response
2.  Forward bending: folding inward
3.  Twisting:  wring out the tension
4.  Balancing poses: align to survive
5.  Restorative practice:  restore your natural balance
6.  Theraputic inversions:  looking at things differently
