Sometimes I find myself wishing that the loved ones in my life were doing YTT with me. There are many wonderful things that I have discovered, but have no way to convey any of it to them because it is all so deeply routed in the experience itself. The transformation that is occurring, as beautiful as it may be, cannot be contained with words and I’m at a loss about how to share it all. Then I remember that we are trying to take the person we are cultivating on the mat, and place them into the world outside of our mat. That’s when I am reminded that all of this wonderment will spill out of me each day onto others, and everything will be splendid.

We are all cultivators of love. It starts with the seed of love that we plant in our own hearts & it grows like the roots & branches of a tree out of us & provides the fruit of love for others around us. What a lovely fruit salad of love we could all share if we loved ourselves unconditionally as a starting point…
