"My yoga teacher training at Samadhi has opened doors into my spirituality, my whole yoga practice, and my complete life, which I didn't know existed. Every time I step foot into the studio, I know I have made the right step, into the right place, at the right time. I feel safe there... safe to expand... safe to explore."

Tina Porter
The Denver Post in May 2010 and this Summer’s 5280 (Top of the Town) considers Tina "One of Denver's top 5 most sought-after instructors". Through a Reader’s poll for The Denver Post in 2008, Tina was voted one of the Best Instructors in Denver. She teaches because her teacher of 11 years (Bryan Kest in Santa Monica, CA.) encouraged her to share her passion and teach Yoga. Life with 2 small children is what nourishes Tina’s daily practice thus fueling her classes that are a true example of her integrity and devotion. Because of Tina’s innate ability to read the energy in the room, each one of her classes are unique. Her psychotherapeutic monologues have you meditating in movement, relating to her on many levels, opening more than you thought was possible and releasing more than you thought you even held.

We are overjoyed to have Tina as an esteemed member of our lead teaching team for the Samadhi Yoga Teacher Training program. Tina will help you see deep within you to unearth all that you are. From that space is where Great Masters are born.

Lisa Schlelein
In a way, yoga has been part of Lisa’s life since birth. Cultures, history, and rituals are always something that has interested and fascinated her. Considered an “old soul” by friends and family, Lisa has a depth of awareness and intuition that can only be attributed to the likes of Krisha, you may even hear Krisha’s blessings through the flute she plays in class! These classes also resonate with a deep sense of devotion, known in India as Sanatana Dharma, or “Eternal Law.” This is the idea that Brahma, God, the Universe, Jah, a Higher Power-whichever name you choose- all dwell in the heart of every living being and is simply not something to be debated. Yoga Sutras are often studied in class and dharma talks are an integral part. She is humbled and honored to be a part of this training and is looking forward to imparting the knowledge she has gained from her studies in Nepal and India, as well all the knowledge passed down to her by her gracious and ever-inspiring teachers to those willing to hold it close to their hearts.

We are honored and overjoyed to have Lisa as an esteemed member of our teaching team for the Samadhi Yoga Teacher Training program. She makes Yoga Philosophy come alive in the most beautiful and mystical way!

Beth Sanchez

BethForemost in her aspiration is to serve students in a way that supports the experience of transformation from stress and suffering to deep well-being and insight. Beth's classes are deeply inspired by her primary teachers, Zen Master Thich Nhat Hahn, and Ayurveda Practitioner and Teacher, Alakananda Ma. She received her yoga teacher training certificate in 2000 from the Iyengar-inspired Shoshoni yoga center and her teaching style has been described as mindful vinyasa with a poetic touch. While she provides a format for the countless benefits of physical exercise, she prefers to offer a work-in rather than a work-out. She invites all people seeking meditative depth in their yoga practice and in their daily lives.
